Our apartments are spacious, bright, modern and can comfortably accommodate a family of up to five people.
Also located not far from the industrial areas of Fos-sur-Mer, Berre and Marseille, the Hotel&Residence is also well equipped for business travellers.
Our prices are the most attractive, rates being based on the number of people occupying the apartment.
Our Hotel & Residence advantages
Our Hotel offers two modes of stay: "Hotel" mode, or "Residence" mode.
For one or more nights, the "Hotel" mode is the more convenient : for the price of an ordinary room, you get an apartment of about 42 square meters where you will feel like home, whether you stay with us for a relaxing stay or a for business trip.
For 7 consecutive days or more, you are entitled to access to the "Residence" mode.
You benefit from discounted rates and all our hotel services, except the household performed once per week (seven days). Whether you stay in "Hotel" or in "Residence"mode, the rate always depends on the number of people occupying the apartment, (limited to a maximum of 5 persons).
Offers for the Professionals
For business travellers, our hotel offers the advantage of being only twenty minutes away of the large steel industrial complex of Fos-Sur-Mer, Port St. Louis -du-Rhone, Martigues, Salon de Provence Istres and facilities of the Port of Marseille FOS 2XL, and soon FOS 3XL.
Hotel Transhumance is also close to the large Miramas railway yards and the Entressen BMW test ring.
Saint-Martin de Crau has also important industrial areas of the Bois de Leuze and Ecopôle, which are likely to develop.
In addition to very attractive rates, the Hotel&Residence Transhumance is proposing a "Soirée Etape " Stopover at a very advantageous rate. This offer includes night, buffet breakfast in the morning and evening dinner.
To our residents, we reserve a simple but quality food service.
The Hotel provides an ample free parking closed at night (unattended).
In addition, the hotel is located close to St Martin de Crau city center, and close to the Spain-Italy main roads, and Avignon-Fos main Road.
