Our privileged position gives you quick access to cities like Aix-en-Provence, Avignon, Arles, Nîmes, Istres, Miramas, Marseille and many others.
The Hotel Transhumance is the perfect place for a vacation.
Our apartments are spacious, bright, modern and can comfortably accommodate a family of up to five people.
Also located not far from the industrial areas of Fos-sur-Mer, Berre and Marseille, the Hotel&Residence is also well equipped for business travellers.
Our prices are the most attractive, rates being based on the number of people occupying the apartment.
La Transhumance in "Hotel mode"
For one or more nights, the “Hotel” mode is the more convenient : for the price of an ordinary room, you get an apartment of about 42 square meters where you will feel like home, whether you stay with us for a relaxing stay or a for business trip.
Thanks to our apartments with fully equipped kitchenette, you can enjoy your stay in perfect autonomy and total quietness.
With a double bed and a large convertible sofa, the apartment can accommodate up to 4 persons (5 with the adjunction of an extra bed).
The price of the night depends on the number of people occupying the room.
La Transhumance in "Residence mode"
For 7 consecutive days or more, you are entitled to access to the “Residence” mode.
You benefit from discounted rates and all our hotel services, except the household performed once per week (seven days). Whether you stay the rate always depends on the number of people occupying the apartment, (limited to a maximum of 5 persons).
In “Residence” mode, you can take possession of your apartment on the day that suits you, and also leave it on the day that suits you, with a minimum stay of seven days or more.
However, cleaning is only done once every seven days, or on request (additional cost).
